You obviously did not understand what you were protesting, as evidenced by the above remark.


We didn't use overwhelming force at the beginning. We started with advisors, then added more advisors, then added combat soldiers pretending to be advisors, then sent a few soldiers openly to take part in combat, then sent some more, and gradually built up.

Even after we built up, we didn't consistently use overwhelming force. We would for a time use a lot of force but we didn't keep the pressure up consistently, and we put a lot of limits on the way force was used.
