Not true. They want to establish the Khilafah, which is one Islamic government worldwide, based on Shariah law, similar to what the Taliban established in Afghanistan, under bin Laden's direction.

Among his grievances are the reconquista of Spain and the loss of the Ottoman empire. He wants those places back under Muslim rule. That would included the Balkans, and Turkey, which has a secular government. He also wants to establish Muslim rule in Chechenya and Somalia.

If you look at the writings by his fellow travellers, they want to establish Muslim rule world wide.
