Tench Re...The French are speaking with a forked tongue, while allying themselves with Germany planning a possible war less resolution, they have the Charles De Gaule, their only carrier, under full steam to the gulf.... I believe it is going to join the scheduled war games in the gulf, for a set period of time. I don't think one can read too much into it. However, if it would have been a German carrier, it probably would have been withdrawn, so I doubt if France is as gung ho as Germany in its opposition.
