Bill,

He solicited investors on Yahoo and SI to contact him. He admits to pooling money with other investors for large positions. I have every reason to suspect he may have traded in concert with others who had a long position. I do not think he is not the innocent private trader you believe him to be. But I am not the judge and jury. I only point to some coincidences.

Have him publish his letter that he sent to REFR investors.

Have him show the proof of the allegations.

Do you condone that? Do you think people should be able to solicit investors and tell them false information about their stock in order to make money on their own short position?
