clearly infanticide It becomes a matter of semantics, if you term the fetus to be an infant then your termonology is consistent. I generally use the term "fetus" before birth and infant after. I have indicated that there is a very grey area involving miscarriage, there isn't a third term that I am aware of to convey this level of development. TP
