If Bill was so wrong about REFR, I suspect that REFR would have more revenues. Here's a question that you might ask yourself, REFR has been public for 11 years now. Do you know where the cash came from that allows them to keep the doors open? It clearly isn't from sales. At least not sales of product. When you have the answer to that question, you should find out who the real sellers of REFR stock are. And that should cause you to ask some other questions.
