It's interesting that JNJ was actually up today, even though they will take a moderate earnings hit. The strength is reflective of the fact that this is a win-win deal - JNJ's marketing muscle will clearly add value, and the deal price is not outrageous.

Further, because no JNJ stock is involved, the arbs aren't out there furiously shorting JNJ. (Contrast OSIP).
