What in the world are you talking about? Do you mean to say that prop 215 exposed Ed Rosenthal to federal prosecution and it's "the liberals" fault? If Ashcroft had any ethics he would have allowed existing court cases to be resolved, quite possibly in his favor, instead of making an obvious scapegoat out of one person.
