Interestingly, as I watch developments, more and more it appears it'll be the introductory question in this thread's header that could stop both Bush and Blair from going bomb happy: Blix and Elbaredi remaining firm, human shieldlike, in Baghdad with their UN weapons inspection team still intact. With those folks present in Baghdad, there's absolutely no way Bush or Blair can pull the war trigger.
