I'm convinced that the terror alert warning, on the heels of Bush and Powell's co-televised presention to the nation, on the heels of Powell presenting to the Unition Nations, was precisely architected to elicit the following effect:

abcnews.go.com

The last thing Bush wants to be is down in the polls when he decides to ignore the United Nations want for peace, not war. Again, I'm of the belief it'll require Gandhi-like behavior on the part of Hans Blix and Mohamed Elbaredi, and weapons inspectors who'll stick with them, to remain in Baghdad in order to prevent Bush and Blair from bombing. Perhaps the Pope should go there as well. Anyone think Bush and Blair would bomb the pope? Indeed, if anyone knows the pope, please pass this information on to him--thanks!
