In an email to an undercover operative, Mr. Proto of Boiler
Room First Swiss stated that they where fully authorised to sell reg s shares and that operative could even call Stephen Spencer in Utah to confirm this fact. Operative acted as though he was deaf when he emailed these crooks so Boiler Room would be forced to email him reply's. Although the SEC and NASDAQ have all this documentation they continue to look the other way!
Although First Swiss is not licensed to act as a broker and is breaking the law they have been working over time to fleese Foreigners.
