Bush is like a Wyatt Earp gone bad, perhaps a bit too hung up on thinking Saddam Hussein is really Ike Clanton the supposed outlaw.

Ironically, at the "Shoot-out at the OK Corral" (which actually was The Shootout Next to Fly's Photography Studio In The Vacant Lot) Ike Clanton was unarmed, but his friends died.

There's a deeper irony here. A couple of the Earps (Wyatt and Virgil) lived long lives afterwards and eventually befriended William Randolph Hearst who helped get their story told. Like FoxNews of today, then only a certain version of the story took hold.

But, yup, Wyatt Earp went bad, went on his "Vendetta Ride" killing up lots of folk. Meanwhile Clanton's relatives always claimed he was not a bad guy.

A bad guy is someone who would completely disrupt a whole region of people and one who would heap lots of killing upon them; a bad guy is someone who would completely disrupt the only viable peacekeeping forum on earth (United Nations); a bad guy is someone who doesn't care 'cause he's got someone who will tell the story his way. And so Bush!
