I also like eSchwab. I've been using it for over a year and while the interface is a little clunky the trades always seem to go through quickly - a few seconds for stocks, a little longer for options. It's not foolproof - I once inadvertantly exceeded my margin on an options trade and someone from Schwab actually called me a few minutes later to tell me, which was nice, if a little embarrassing. You also get free access to (most of) Briefing.com, which saves you $70 or so.
