"Cats can exhibit humor with certain limitations but, like some people, it takes something like catnip to bring it out. Humor seems to be one of those primate things."
Lyle, those cats on catnip are STONED!!!! In fact, I think that when I was in college there were some people who actually tried to smoke catnip, or make brownies with it, hoping that it would make them all silly, lying fallow or something with their soft tummies showing, hoping someone would rub them all over. The last time I gave my cats catnip, even though they do not like or respect each other at all, they were lying close together on the fur rug just rolling in it, eating it and wanting more, and fell asleep that way, and were still there eight hours later.
Oh, maybe you aren't supposed to give them the huge plastic tub of it all at the same time!! Duh!!
There is nothing anyone can do about being a Pisces, you are quite correct!! Except try to enjoy it, and Pisceans just wallow in having a luxuriant good time. I just wish I could get both of my fish swimming in the same direction long enough to get something accomplished once a WEEK or something!! I am too easily lured by the next sensual experience.
Did you know that George Washington was a Pisces? I found that a little surprising. Also Michelangelo, Handel, Chopin, Renoir, Einstein, W.H. Auden, Rudolf Nureyev, Nijinsky, and Teddy Kennedy (who exhibits all of the most profound weaknesses of the sign)! |
