Merrill downgrades Scholastic to Neutral SCHL rating lowered from Buy to Neutral, according to Merrill Lynch. Buy rating no longer warranted, following back-to-back earnings warnings. I can downgrade after a warning too. Too bad hindsight is 20/20. :P Jack
