I don't think this diversionary tactic is going to work. Come clean, call Dr. Lampert and get the verification that what you claimed to be true about SPD and REFR is not true and that the time frame in which it has taken is actually LESS than other technologies including EC, which you claimed would dominate. They still can't get a viable window produced.
