Karen,

We cannot effectively develop any policy if you keep moving the goal posts.

Those, like you, who are oppossed to any conflict with Iraq, keep trying to change the goalposts.

It is one thing to say we should not attack Iraq, we don't have congressional approval, we get that approval and you say we cannot invade because Turkey, Saudi Arabia, and Kuwait, are oppossed. When that opposition melts, you say, wait we need the UN. THen the UN passes 1441, and you say wait, we need inspectors to do their job. Then the inspectors report back and say that Iraq is not living up to 1441 or prior agreements and you say wait we need a second report. When the report comes back and Iraq still isn't fully complying those like you say, wait we need:

Another Congressional resolution
Another UN Resolution
A NATO Resolution

You have to admit that you the goal is not throwing obsticales for the US, but rather creating an environment where terror states no longer exist and the state sources for terror weapons and funding dry up. What France, Germany, and many Anti-War people fail to take into account is how they propose to accomplish the above goal.

Let us stop playing games and get on with the job at hand. The sooner we start the sooner we can get back to a lifestyle closer to pre-9/11.
