Most of my complaints with Schwab have to do with slow trade execution. A couple of weeks ago I had a market order that took 20 minutes to fill (incredible). Luckily I didn't get burned monetarily then, however, I have had very costly delays in the past due to Schwab executions that have been very substantial. One of these they went back and made an adjustment to. On another one they left me holding the bag. On the positive side, I have always found their staff to be friendly and have always liked having access to their s&p reports.
