That is silly. If it was not important to him, he would not have done it. The question is: Why does it matter so much to him? How many people change their names?

Does "ADI DA" sell more books than "John"?? Is there something outside of materialism and EGO that is intrinsic to a name?? Is it necessary for me to know the name of someone who is helping me? Is it necessary that he/she even have a name? What is his Japanese name? John??
