A few things should be said about this vision of the near-term future in the Middle East. It is breathtakingly ambitious and optimistic.

I would add, that this plan is not well tailored to the culture that it seeks to alter. Hence, (IMO) unless modified and implemented with a subtle deftness not evidenced in its current makeup, it is likely to not only fail, but fail catastrophically.

Again, JMO.
