Yogi, The sad tale does not need this man to stop what he was doing to go and be a professional griever for me. What can he say? What can he add?
I am quite capable of being deeply saddened in his absence.
In fact I prefer my own resources to those of CNN etc who shove mikes in people faces and ask how do you feel?
How do you expect them to feel, sad and shocked, of course.
Have we so abrogated our own selves that we need CNN to tell us how to feel, to show us how others feel, and are we then expected to act out public grief as we see others do it?(bearing in mind that CNN will pick the voluble expressive people who go to pieces, much like quiz show hosts pick their players).
