We can't cut back on the equipment and money spent on the space program and attract the brightest minds, and embark on a flawless space program.

The same circumstances surrounded our military for the past decade.

In order to be the conquerer, we must not sell out secrets to foreign countries, or allow our countries military to become second rate.
