This Korean idea of cutting fuel taxes to make people use less is INSANE! Where do they get these crazy ideas. The best way to cut fuel usage, bar none, is to tax it. Make it very expensive to drive and people wont do it.

Someone has called this the age of the absurd. This certainly fits right in.
