Prediction: France will TOTALLY capitulate within 7 days from now. Russia and Germany will not, but France will. Russia will abstain from a vote in the UN. It will not veto. Germany is just going to benignly object. But France will do what France does best... surrender. Totally. They will vote with the US and happily join the coalition.
