Mobile telecommunications company KTF announced Wednesday that it will provide broadcast ten TV channels to customers with specialized cellular phones from Friday. Among the accessible channels are KBS1, KBS2, SBS and Mnet (music channel) and MBN (economic news channel).

The specialized phones include the V3000 of Samsung Electronics (retail price around W 600,000) and the service fee for 60 minutes is W24,000. However, KTF said that users who subscribe to this service by July 31 will be able to see an unlimited amount of television for three months.
