You believe good and evil don't exist. I disagree.

So be it. I am not going to try to convince you that your belief system is rather religious and that real world choices and persona are not as simple and clear-cut as "good" and "evil", and I sure will not lose sleep over this disagreement :-)

I'm sure you would agree that if the US invades Iraq and overthrows Saddam, the US will not be doing evil since that is a "such a simplistic and childish concept as to be ridiculous when used in international politics, at least in modern western societies. "

Yes... and???

When have I ever said anything about US or any other country doing evil anywhere and about anything???

We did tilt to Iraq during the Iran-Iraq war because we viewed a victory by Iran as undesirable. As undesirable as a victory by Iraq.

Is there a typo (or a Freudian slip) in the two sentences above? Because they do not make sense together. Why did "you" support Iraq if you thought its victory was "undesirable"?

And do tell if Saddam was any less evil at the time when US was supporting him against Iran. I am all ears.
