Talking about worst stocks? This one is a turnaround.

Just to change the main topic a bit from the only entity, which is NSCP,
here is another "dog" that turns into a darling.
Quantam Corp. is in a rapid turnaround move. Due to agressive
management, Quantam, after a buyout of Conner Peripherals was
left with just minor competition, and over 1 billion in sales. Its Fireball
is the fastest and by far the best drive in the market for PC desktop
storage. Quantam is also the only provider for DLT. In the first
quarter of 96, they will introduce 1.7 and 2.5 gig Sirroco drives.
In short, the company is a fast growing market without an outstanding
line of products. It was recently placed on the buy list of Montgomery
Securities, insitutional investors are agressively accumulating the stock,
upcoming earnings will surprise producers of estimates. The chart
shows a potential short term target of 22-23.
