I just emailed this to Cramer: Hey Jim Hope you get this message. I'm writing to you on behalf of a friend, who is also a loyal subscriber to the Street. Sorry to say couple of weeks ago, he committed suicide. Though no one knows the real reason as to why. It is still under investigation, though we suspect that he might have lost a lot of money in the market. We, his friends from Silicon Investor thread have been helping out his wife and closing out all of his subscriptions to various investment sites. So that we can help her stop all the charges on their credit card. So far we have had no problems what so ever with all of them except TheStreet. We have been getting the run-around royal. We are very surprised at such ineptitude, not to mention the heartlessness of your customer service people. As a loyal follower of you and TheStreet, I can't tell you how this concerns me. I hope you can intervene here and help us straighten this out. Regards, John Kim
