I would love to answer that question but I am not technically competent enough to answer this question at this time. I need to differ this question and consult with some of my Etch Engineering contacts who are working at the sub 0.35u level. I have been emphasizing the DRIE options in the etch arena as part of a feasibility study I am performing and have not kept real current on the new generation of etchers and materials used in the chambers. You stumped me! Too bad there are no prizes for that<GGG>. Please bug me in about 2-3 weeks. Hopefully by then, I may have some answers or comments for you. Andrew
