Probably because of profit taking... also stocks DO NOT keep going up on a day to day basis. PHII was lucky have such a ride. It may drop a little today only to gain more tomorrow :)

Another observation: just before earnings come out, PHII usually drops considerably (so more stock brokers can get in on the action, buy low) and then shoot up on day of announcement (PHII consistently beat analysts predictions.
