I'm sorry to be the one to bring these bad reports from this Charlie. But he emailed me, and I know of no other way to get his accusations answered. If what he says is true, then it is not bashing. I have received 2 more emails from him. They're pretty long, so I will post them on two different slots. Here goes.

My name is Charlie Flynn, I was in the hi tech industry with Sperry (Now
Unisys) in Montreal and got involved with penny stocks. I met Paul
Neeld shortly afterwards, who ran a firm knows as Neeld and Associates
and was the premier promoter in Montreal at that time. He barely
noticed me and we would never had a relationship if it hadn't been for
what happened next. His promotions all came tumbling down and he was
headed for disaster, since I was his newest associate, I was his last
resort. He used me to get involved at the very end of the scams and
then ran away to Florida under another assumed name, John Harris. He
kept in contact with me over the years and so did the RCMP, who were
hunting him down. Next time I run into him was in a restaurant in
Toronto some three years later and he is one to a new venture and
promises, he has gotten rid of Krebs and gone straight. I believed
him. It was a short while later that I arranged for him to get a shell
and get back in business. He then immediately started with all the old
tricks, so we had a major falling out and I informed the exchange in
Toronto of my concerns. They did nothing and it crashed and burned
after he pulled what I would call a complete scam.
Then he went back into business with Krebs, on a shell I had found for
him the first time around in the States. They paid me off and again
promised they had gone straight. Then using the same front guy, "Bob
Clarke", they start it all again. They have the latest and greatest
technology and are going to conquer the world in three months or less!
Well, guess what this time I don't believe them and would like to warn
everyone of my apprehensions. That is who I am.
I was long, not short on this stock, so it does me no good to hurt the
deal.
I can absolutely 100%, in any forum prove the accusations against these
guys. I understand I may have the chance shortly as a witness in court.
I am sorry you consider email, "sly", but I can not post on your SI,
thread, although I have tried. It states, "you must send $75.00 before
you can post." So, I have no choice but to email.
I intend to give it a try and you can be sure, I better hurry, cause
these guys do not like criticism and will be merciless in tearing me
apart.
Jean Paul Langlais has already been on your thread, but under an assumed
name and with a complete lie, 'that he has nothing to do with the
company'. He uses the name Paul Andrelan (note the email jp1@istar.ca,
it is the same one he gave me for his personal use some months ago). It
seems he can not get away from using alaises and from lying.
I hope I stop just one person from making the mistake, I made with this
guy. I hope this company is real, but let's ask Mr. Langlais to stop
the hype until, we and the company finds out.
