It consists of letting Saddam have every weapon that the inspectors cannot find. Nice game, except that like in Vegas, the house always wins, and Saddam wants to be the house.

Yep, ten artillery shells now headed for the incinerator. Clearly inspections are putting a serious dent in Iraq's arsenal!

Oh, and noticed that even the headline admits that the weapons found are supposedly "banned."
