Ted Re..No......you are the ones who need to wake up. I have not been playing partisan politics but rather calling them as I see them.

LOL Sure ted. You should have seen hardball last night. Chris Mathews was asking all of the senators if the US going after Iraq was going to lead to more terrorism. Every one including Schumer shut him up. Schumer said we had to be both offensive and defensive. Schumer agree with GW offensively, he thought we needed to do more defensively.

I don't know who Schumer is nor do I get your point.

Another good one was on the Hannity and colmes show, which had Bennett on. At one point Bennett was talking about people not understanding the importance of containing Iraq, and Colmes said that he was getting sick and tired of people calling liberals unpatriotic, for voicing their opposition. Bennett calmly said that he never mentioned the word liberal. If Colmes was getting so defensive about it, then perhaps he should look at his position, that it take so much defending. Colmes looked at him blank faced, and then stammered for a bit, and then switched topics. After yesterdays tape, I cannot understand how you can't see the importance of getting Saddams WMD away, before OBL gets them. It is just incredible how you can't even coutanence the possibility.

Its not defensiveness you hear from me......its frustration. This turn of events was predictable as early as three months ago.

Secondly, you keep putting Saddam and OBL in the same category....they are not and please don't come back with your partisan politic response. They are not the same thing; they never will be and unfortunately one of them is a very serious threat to this country.

Please provide a link where I even once said they were the same thing. I said Saddam has links to A qaeda. I never said Saddam was part of Al qaeda. What is incredible, how after yesterday, you can't see the threat to us, and the damage they could cause the world if combined.

The threat is OBL.......I see it veryclearly. I don't see the threat from Saddam. And if you believe they're separate, then why do you always use the plural subject when talking about one or the other......see your last sentence above....the word "they". You were talking about Saddam and then you said "they".

Again, Saddam and OBL are two different problems in my mind. I'm afraid its very American to paint them with the same brush but they are not the same.

Finally, you're right it doesn't matter who started it but there is only one person who can finish it and its Bush. And he had better get his act together real fast.

That is real funny, considering that just yesterday, OBL said he was going to finish it, by taking over SA,and 4 or 5 other middle eastern countries. Are you calling OBL a liar. Last wk it was Powell, this wk Bin Laden. Is there no end to the list of powerful people, you have called liars.

First I have never called Bush a liar........what I have said is that he and others on his staff use innuendo/allegation so often it begins to sound like facts. Its a common ploy used in politics and I don't like it.

However, your accusation makes no sense when you look at what I said above. Things are screwed up and the only one at this point who can clean things up is Bush.
