JLA, I have limited time and some of it I need to devote toward keeping the thread's references updated. Here's the scoop. Yourself, Vitas and a few others who chime in now and then, prefer shouting match-type dialogue. No matter what is written in response to your taunts, you'll remain unconvinced, completely unopen and more than not you'll respond to intelligent material by denigrating same. In my view, there's little value to such back and forthness that always goes nowhere.

So for the purposes of this exchange between us, I'll simply rest on my original supposition together with the references I've provided you. If you wish to examine this referenced material, that's your option. If you do and manage to come up with a meaningful reply, you'll likely get a response from me. But no guarantees my response will be timely as I almost always have 300 messages in my inbox. Fair enough?
