Tb, I caught a brief interview on Fox with Stanton Burnett of the Center for Strategic and International Studies, which puts on The Washington Quarterly twq.com Mr. Burnett greatly frustrated the Fox interviewer by saying the French had grounds to oppose us since we hadn't consulted with them early enough or nicely enough. Rather generous in light of the way they torpedoed all earlier Iraq proposals, such as Colin Powell's push for 'smart sanctions' in 2001. Do you know who this crowd are? What is background and slant?
