i do not see even a cyclical bull in techs unless they get to prices that relate to non growth stocks that have periods of mild up phase cycles.
I would put them in a retailers class, that kind of cycle.
If COMPX hit 700 i could see a "cyclic bull move" to 1050-1100. A 30-40% move, which would be damned nice, but then they start heading back down, imo. Max
