He just covered that area. North Korea is the biggest threat on the planet. They would have 30-100 bombs if Clinton hadn't worked with them, he said they had more negotiations in progress, but at the end of his term the focus was on the Middle East and he did not have the political capital and focus to end their missle program.

Bush could have continued but dropped the ball as he did on so many issues. With their reprocessing underway, North Korea may be able to produce a new bomb every few weeks soon.
