Prediction

Syria, Egypt, Saudi Arabia, Jordan and other Arab states in the area are all going to fall into line with the USA. They will assist the USA in every way they can. The 'fence sitting' is going to end shortly for these countries.

The reason is UBL. He recently for the first time, called for the overthrow of any state cooperating with the USA. This means that if Al-Qaeda wins that Syria, Egypt, Jordan and Saudi Arabia are all toast. They’ve been a little too vocal in their support of the ‘war on terror’ in the eyes of UBL. So now, they have no choice but to throw their lot in with the USA, and in their eyes the USA must win this fight for them to survive.
