It was outright plagiarism. Read both documents and there were quite a bit of paraphrasing. Some were almost duplicates. Don't know what schooling you went through or what standard of ethics you follow. The similarities were astounding and was easily recognized by professors who have previously read the thesis. British government admitted to the close similarities. I used to do paraphrasing work during my grade school years, but managed to evolve to creating own style and expressions which is not smooth nor good but I know it is not plagiarism. Whew! How some people are Thick!, so very THICK! What donkeys!
