Kerm's Tier I Portfolio Material Change

I am in the process of reorganizing my holdings in this portfolio to reflect holdings in both Canadian and US securities. The portfolio will be broken down into two parts, Tier IA and Tier 1B.

I have inserted Burlington Resources into Tier 1A and have added two companies as of today.

Purchased 02/12/03 (US'$)

Anadarko Petroleum (N-APC)
200 Shares @ $42.25

Devon Energy (A-DVN)
300 Shares @ $45.30

Canadian Dollar Conversion Rate
(US$1=C$1.5287)

My timing probably was not at the best, but I wanted to go on record with these companies in my portfolio. I do not anticipate adding to my positions in the near future.

For those of you who might want to reference my last Tier I portfolio report, it is the posting that I am replying from. Also, check out the notes to the report - which is I believe the following response number.

The portfolio is cash rich and by being inactive over the past nine months - I missed the boat for further gain. I'll be putting a few of these dollars to work this year.

TIER IB will consist of the Canadian Securities. Over the near term, I do no anticipate adding any new listings. However, I will be adding to holdings in Encana and Penn West Petroleum.
