I own ATMEL and have noticed the same "non performance". It does not surprise me because tech stocks in general and semi stocks in particular, are just not in favor with the market right now. I have seen this happen before and have learned not to become too concerned about it. Perhaps in the second half of the year,if the tech sector comes back into favor, quality stocks like ATMEL will be in demand and selling at significantly higher prices. From all present indications there is a lot of evidence that supports a general rally in the tech sector prior to the end of the year. Until that rally happens I believe that ATML will just hang out around 20 to 30.
