SEOUL, South Korea, Feb. 13 — China and Russia insisted Thursday that the standoff over North Korea’s nuclear program should be resolved through direct talks between Washington and Pyongyang, even though the issue is now before the U.N. Security Council. "

What a joke. Here we are pushed to go unilateral. In Iraq, we need Nato and Security Council. The difference--in one case the iraqis demand UN/Nato and in the other the north koreans demand bilateral talks or else. mike
