Interesting thought, Emmo. As it happens, I've had the same thoughts
- not someone trying to influence the legal case, but the fact that
their case will look pretty weak if the stock is up close to where
they bought it, when the trial gets under way. See my post #833. As I
said then, it takes patience. If some jumped out at $2 with a big loss, well,
it was their own decision.
