Once again, you are wrong. The reason that people believe that the North Koreans already had a couple bombs, is that they never accounted for all of their plutonium. From the beginning of the Clinton/Carter deal with the North Koreans, (since 1994) there was enough plutonium "missing" to build a couple atomic bombs.
