There have been quite a few large blocks crossing over the past month or so. Beneficial, insider and institutional ownership on this one is so high, there is almost no float when it comes to private shareholders. My take is it's most likely some fund balancing with prearranged trades. Block trades along the bottom are usually a good sign. Fund managers will often sell for technical reasons, not based on fundamentals, but they don't usually buy that way. In any case, I think I'd be more concerned if there wasn't anyone on the other side of the trade. Good luck.
