Regime change by invasion and preemption were presented to the leaders of our "allies" by Cheney last year before the policy was formally announced -- and this dangerous combination of incredibly stupid policies is why we have so much trouble getting any kind of support from our allies now -- except the ones that can be bought or coerced, and of course Great Britain (although even the UK is having an extremely hard time being our friend in the light of our stupid policies).
