Then perhaps you got closed your short dollar too soon. Soros was on cnbc last week and said currencies trade in long cycles what lasts at least 3 years. So while USD may fluctuate to the up side, his position was that it will continue to head lower for a few years. ST PS There is not defeating dumb luck!
