Evare LLC and CheckFree Financial and Compliance Solutions (CFACS) Announce Partnership to Deliver Aggregated Financial Data Solutions to Financial Institutions, Investment Firms, Insurance Companies and Corporate Clients

BURLINGTON, Mass., Feb. 13 /PRNewswire/ -- Evare LLC and CheckFree Financial and Compliance Solutions, a business unit of CheckFree Corporation (Nasdaq: CKFR - News), today announced that the companies have agreed to a partnership in which Evare will provide financial data collection, aggregation, and delivery for CheckFree's broad range of institutional customers. CheckFree will begin to market one of Evare's aggregation products, DataDirect, to its existing customers and prospects beginning in first quarter 2003.
Through a network of secure direct links with financial institutions, Evare gathers, normalizes, and delivers customers' financial data that is formatted for efficient and immediate use according to customer needs. This data is available either via a Web site or through a direct feed that delivers the data into CheckFree's reconciliation and compliance solutions.
