Risk are getting larger for both longs and shorts now. RISK PREMIUM is growing. Massive oversolds, massive risks due to environment long. Time to hold core short, build cash and step aside! The most bearish people are getting cautious about the near term. That is something to think about. Not just you but so many others. It could mean we are seeing a stampede to the exits in process and can't believe it will end without a big flush. Maybe the mirror image of the late 1999 to early March 2000 period. The time of year along with other risks says it should happen now. Good advice from you ... I am tempted to stay significantly short for a while longer...only covering a little bit...and watch for any market recovery before covering more.
