There was nothing in my previous post that was partisan, in any way, shape or form. You have chronically criticized the administration as it has not met your expectations with respect to Al Qaeda. I'm simply trying to ascertain what your expectations were/are. I did not ask who could do a better job; in fact I specifically avoided asking who you thought would have done a better job, as it is immaterial to the question I asked.

I simply asked, and you dodged, the following question:

How long do you think it should have taken THAT president [of your choosing] and his DOD to eliminate Al Qaeda or substantially eliminate its threat to us?

If you can't answer this question, then how can you possibly have any credibility with your continued criticism of Bush for not having eliminated all Al Qaeda threats by now?
